STAY SAFE – HAVE FUN
Having a safe and fun parade experience for spectators is most important to the Chicago Cultural Mile Association. So please follow these procedures to help ensure everyone’s safety.
* We strongly discourage the wearing of facemasks by children, because they can obscure their vision in a crowded area in a nighttime environment. Teen and adult spectators cannot wear facemasks. Instead, please feel free to use face paint, wigs, etc.
* The parade area will be monitored by Chicago Police, Private Security Officers, Parade Marshals and Staff and other Emergency Response Personnel. If you have a problem of an emergency nature, please contact those responders along the parade route for assistance.
* PLEASE NOTE: NO BACKPACKS, LARGE BAGS, LAWN CHAIRS OR LARGE UMBRELLAS ARE ALLOWED ALONG THE PARADE ROUTE
And Always Remember…”If you see something…Say something!”
